APRO Aegis series industrial grade micro SATA (mSATA) flash disk drives, in 7-pin vertical type standard form factor, are available from 128MB to 8GB and in industrial extended temperature grade (-40°C to +85°C) or standard temperature grade (0°C to +70°C).
