Customer in USA:

• Please use our shopping cart system to place your order. Our shopping cart retries shipping rates, in real-time, from FedEx and US Postal Service (USPS) servers.  [Delivery to APO and FPO addresses can only be made by the U.S. Postal Service.]

• If customer chooses to use customer's own FedEx or UPS account to ship the order, please provide the FedEx or UPS account number in the "Comment" section of the shopping cart.  Amtron Technology will refund the paid-online shipping charge back to the customer's credit card or PayPal account, after shipping is processed.

• You are also welcome to contact us at sales@amtron.com, phone (323) 265-8076, or fax (323) 488-9747 for placing order or inquiry. Our fax inquiry/order form could be used to inquire or place order if you prefer not using e-mail.

• For customers who choose to place order by fax order form, phone, or e-mail, please check shipping charge information.

• We accept American Express Card, Discover Card, MasterCard, Visa Card, and PayPal. [Please note, for product sold at discounted pricing offered for large quantity purchase, credit cards and PayPal are accepted with a 3.1% of surcharge.]
  We accept bank wire transfer (T/T).
  Government/ University/ Corporation POs are accepted.

International Customer:

• Our shopping cart system allows international shipping via the United States Postal Service (USPS) Express Mail International (EMI) which has tracking number for shipping status checking. Our shopping cart retries international shipping rates, in real-time, from US Postal Service (USPS) servers.

• If customer chooses to use customer's own FedEx, UPS, or DHL account to ship the order, please provide the account number in the "Comment" section of the shopping cart.  Amtron Technology will refund the paid-online USPS Express Mail shipping charge back to the customer's credit card or PayPal account, after shipping is processed.

• We also ship via FedEx if customer does not have own FedEx account number. Please contact us at sales@amtron.com, phone (323) 265-8076, or fax (323) 488-9747 for shipping arrangement. The exact shipping charge depends on how and to where the products will be shipped. We will inform you of the shipping method and cost via e-mail or fax.
