Shipping Policy of Amtron Technology, Inc.

We ship all goods via FedEx or UPS to customers in the United States unless customers request different shipping methods. Please specify your request when you place order. Delivery to APO and FPO addresses can only be made by U.S. Postal Service. The approximate shipping rates for U.S. contiguous 48 states are as follow: [The shipping charge to Hawaii and Alaska is higher]

(a) FedEx 2Day or UPS 2nd Day Air: $8.95 for the first pound and about $2 extra for each additional pound.
(b) FedEx Ground or UPS Ground: $4.95 for the first two pounds and about $1 extra for each additional pound.
(c) FedEx Standard Overnight or UPS Next Day Air Saver (delivery in afternoon): $19.95 for the first pound and about $3 extra for each additional pound.
(d) FedEx Priority Overnight or UPS Next Day Air (delivery in morning): $23.95 for the first pound and about $4 extra for each additional pound. Saturday delivery costs about $10 extra.
(e) Delivery to residential address costs $1.60 - $2.40 extra.
(f) All shipment is charged with a handling fee of $5.00. (This fee is waived if customer places order via our shopping cart system.)

If the shipping charge is significantly higher than our standard fee due to destination or special requirements, we will inform you of the shipping charge via e-mail or phone.
Please be advised that we may refuse to ship to an address different from your credit card's billing address if you use credit card to pay for the purchase.

International Customers:

Our shopping cart system allows international shipping via the United States Postal Service (USPS) Express Mail International (EMI) which has tracking number for shipping status checking. Our shopping cart system retries international shipping rates, in real-time, from US Postal Service (USPS) servers.

We also ship via FedEx or UPS if customer specifies. The exact shipping charge depends on how and to where the products will be shipped. We will inform you of the shipping method and cost via e-mail or fax. We will not process your order until we receive your confirmation about the shipping method and charge.
Please be advised that we may refuse to ship to an address different from your credit card's billing address if you use credit card to pay for the purchase.
